Breaking Barriers: Empowering Women in Healthcare Technology

In the rapidly evolving field of healthcare technology, the contribution of women cannot be understated, yet their representation, especially in leadership roles, remains a challenge.

Data from more than 400 health technology organizations highlighted by the National Library of Medicine reveal a stark reality: "Women are significantly underrepresented in senior leadership and that men and women experience the workplace differently.

This disparity underscores the need for a concerted effort to empower women within the sector, an initiative PaceMate is committed to.
